Since 1 January 2006 Flim P&C manages programs and projects in the healthcare sector.

Also the application of internet and mobile communication in the healthcare sector (finally) takes off.
However, the most important change is the need of many care consumers to give more direction to their own care and evolve to empowered 'partners in care'.
The management of these changes is a complex challenge for a sector that is not (yet) accustomed to changing environments. eHealth will get a strategic position, while at the same time always keep it's facilitating role. This implies a paradox. Use and implementation of eHealth does give no guarantees for success unless the eHealth goals are derived from and supporting to strategic targets.
